Thanks for choosing your membership tier and joining our community. We run on a simple system: credits. One credit equals one euro. Your credits arrive at the start of your billing month and you can spend them across the menu, within the legal limits.

Below you’ll find a short overview of how credits and tiers work, what to expect on discounts and reservations, and the steps to complete your membership via HanfApp.

About credits & menu designations

  • 1 credit = 1 €. Credits load monthly according to your tier.

  • Top-ups are always available at the base price (no discounts) and still count toward legal limits.

  • Some strains are tagged discount-eligible or reservable. These designations change with inventory; when a strain isn’t tagged, it’s distributed at the base price on a first-come basis.

Your Tier in detail

300 credits

Our most flexible experience. You receive 300 credits monthly, access our highest discount ceiling—up to 15% on discount-eligible strains—and enjoy broader reservation availability on reservable batches compared with Tier 2 (this may mean more allocation or a longer hold window, depending on stock). As always, top-ups are at the base price.

Look for labels in the menu: “discount-eligible” and “reservable.” Holds expire to keep access fair—once a hold ends, the product returns to general availability.

How the membership process works

  1. Register via the HanfApp on our club profile (see the form below).

  2. Fill out a short questionnaire to confirm legal requirements (e.g. minimum age, main residence in Germany etc.).

  3. Receive a confirmation email with details on payment and your appointment for identity verification.

  4. Verify your identity in person by presenting a valid photo ID.

Please note: Membership is only possible with proof of identity.
