Basics
It is a registered non-profit association whose members grow cannabis together for themselves. We pass what we grow only to our own members. The legal basis is the Consumer Cannabis Act (KCanG), in force since 1 April 2024.
The collection point is at Ziegrastraße 13, 12057 Berlin, in Neukölln, about eight minutes on foot from S-Bahn Sonnenallee.

Joining
You fill in the membership form, you get a confirmation straight away, and then you come in once with your ID. The check takes ten to fifteen minutes and you can collect on the same visit. There is no second trip.
Three conditions. You are 21 or over. You have had your residence or habitual abode in Germany for at least six months. You are not a member of another cultivation association. All three are settled on your first visit.
The membership fee is €20 a year. For the flower you collect you contribute 8 credits per gram (1 credit = €1), the same for every strain. There are no tiers and no monthly minimum.
There can be. The law caps every association at 500 members, so a club cannot simply keep growing to meet demand. When we are at the cap, applications go on a list and move as places free up.
Collecting
Up to 25 grams a day and 50 grams a month. Those are legal limits, the same for every member and every club.
No, you can come during opening hours. Booking a slot means somebody is expecting you, which can make it quicker.
The easiest way is SEPA direct debit. Bank transfer and cash work too. With a bank transfer, your credits are available once the money has arrived.
Yes. The law requires an identity check at every collection, not only when you join.
Not into the collection point. Only members and applicants can come in, and only members can receive anything. If your friend wants to join, they can apply for membership themselves.
No. Consumption is not allowed at the collection point or in the area immediately around it.
The flower
We grow it ourselves. An association is only allowed to pass on what it has grown for its own members, so everything you collect here was grown by us.
THC and CBD percentages come from a certified laboratory and refer to that specific batch, which is why the batch number is on the card. Two harvests of the same strain will not give exactly the same figures.
Outside the club
25 grams in public and 50 grams at home. Above that it stops being a legal quantity.
No. Passing cannabis on to anybody else is prohibited, including as a gift, and including to a friend who is a member of a club.
No, one association at a time. If you are already a member somewhere else, you leave there first.
Yes. Up to three plants for your own use is allowed independently of club membership, and the two do not cancel each other out.
Your data
We take a copy and keep it internally and offline, and only for as long as you are a member. Nothing is uploaded anywhere.

Not from us. We do not publish member names, we do not share the list, and we do not put anybody in a public group without asking.
Medical use
No. A prescription and a club membership are two separate routes with separate rules, and joining here does not replace a prescription or a pharmacy. If you use cannabis medically, keep that arrangement with your doctor.
